FAQ's

I offer photo and video services for weddings, elopements, engagements, couples, etc.. However; I can only do either photo or video on the same day, I don't offer combined packages for both. I would love to answer any questions you may have on my services.

I take immense pride in editing your photos/videos and it's very important that I dedicate the proper time to your wedding.

I cannot give an exact turnaround time, but I always try my best to get everything to you as soon as possible without rushing the process. Depending on the season, it can take 90 days, sometimes less, sometimes more, for your full wedding film or photo gallery to get sent.

 
I limit the number of weddings I do per year, so I can provide the necessary time to dedicate to your wedding. Rest assured I will keep you updated on the progress of your wedding photos/video throughout the process.

Yes we do! It's important to know that we cannot guarantee drone footage, due to factors such as weather, flight zones and restrictions, but we do everything we can to get you amazing drone footage!

All images and videos are sent through a direct downloadable link. For most packages I also include a custom USB and USB box that will be mailed to you. If the USB is not included in your package, I offer it as an add-on as well.

Yes! When you reach out and book a session there will be a 20% non-refundable deposit due within two weeks of signing the contract. This goes towards your total payment, which will need to be paid in full a week before your wedding or session date.

Music is extremely important to my creative process, which is why I spend countless hours searching for the perfect licensed soundtrack. I have high standards for these songs because they have to not only spark my creativity, but they must represent and match your wedding day perfectly.

However, you can always let me know if you have certain preferences for a specific type of music or genre and we will try to find something that fits your vision.

Yes! I understand photos and videos are an investment and so I think it only fair to offer everyone the chance to get the product and quality you want, even if you need time to pay for it. Please reach out if you are wanting to set up a payment plan.

It is part of my job as a creative to show my work through my photos and videos. A lot of time and effort goes into planning, capturing, and of course editing the beautiful images. Giving out the RAW's would be like buying a painting half way completed. You just don't do it. Long story short, I do not allow the RAW images to be purchased.

Like most business owners, this is my source of income. By signing a contract and giving a deposit, you are reserving a date and my time. This means I will turn down other possible clients. For this reason, I do not refund your deposit, but I am more than happy to reschedule for a more convenient date. 

For weddings I edit every photo you will receive to match my current artistic style. For all Bride + Groom photos I also include touch ups as I think they are needed. This is included in every package.

For all other events, I edit all photos to match my style and include touch ups as I see fit. 

Yes! I will select photos to put in black and white that will be delivered with the rest of the gallery. After I send the gallery you can request any additional photos you would like to have in black and white.
